I'm no expert, but it should be possible.
The conditions are simply that the application and the book content must be
hosted on the AON server.
Assuming you can download from our servers to the iPad, it should be possible.
It would also have to be free - we are unable to charge for distribution in any
form. I know Apple can be funny about that, but again I don't know the iPad
very well.
