Thanks, John. We're currently considering what the best way to publish
the rest of the books in PDF is. We want to make sure that it's easy
to keep the PDF files and all other formats up-to-date by using single
source publishing. We currently have a system to transform our source
files (XML in case you're curious) into PDF, but it needs a few tweaks
before it's ready to use for the rest of the books.
