Ah, well spotted. I've deleted it. Thanks. The use of footnotes in tssf of the later NO books is
strange, and the footnotes were part of the main proofread text that was converted to xml. Of
course, we no longer need the data in <p> tags as it has been converted to proper <footnote> elements.
