Greg, are you resident in the UK? If so, my advice is to contact your local
Trading Standards and discuss the situation with them.
If you are not resident in the UK, you could try contacting the payment
merchant you used to pay Mongoose originally, and discuss with them.
Other list members may have different suggestions, but what I'm telling you is
the standard first step to take under UK law.

Dear friends,
I am really hoping you can help me. I was previously under the Megadeal
subscription, but after Book 17 I received nothing. I patiently waited, then I
wrote Mongoose and didn't receive any replies.
I then visited your page and saw that book 19 is out. Could you advise me on
how I can continue with my subscription? I know it's not your people's
responsiblity but I'm at my wit's end and if there's anyone who can help me now
I figure you'd know.
