We need to get our Project Aon newsletter back on track. Our readers
need to be informed about where the project is even if the answer is
(at the moment) nowhere.
First, the time frame would ideally be monthly, but I want to start
out more slowly. Perhaps every other month would be more realistic and
more appropriate for the current project pace. (BTW, I should have
more time for Project Aon after I turn in my final exam next week.)
Second, the subject matter in rough order of importance:
* Progress reports for each book, related project, etc.
* Donations thank yous and status
* Highlight part of the Wish List
* News in the Lone Wolf community
* Poll (probably in cooperation with the Forums)
We don't want to duplicate what is going on the the (Re)Rising Sun
with our News section, but some quick highlights would be good for
those readers who use Project Aon as their sole contact with the
community.
Third, a name. I'm just toying with this, but how about Kai Grand
Defender? Kai Grand Guardian? Sentinel? The name isn't terribly
important, but perhaps having a name (whatever it may be) will help it
take on a life of its own, and readers may look forward to receiving
it. Or at least come to expect it. ;)
