We hope to eventually be able to offer PDF versions again (we did
once) but currently don't have volunteers with the expertise and time
to maintain them.
If you want a quick and messy way to create a PDF for yourself, you
may try importing the HTML into OpenOffice and using its export to PDF
feature. OpenOffice retains links when exporting to PDF.

We haven't received authorization to publish Italian translations,
though I have now forwarded your message to someone who has been in
contact with Joe Dever about doing such a translation. I hope they can
answer your questions. If you hear back, please let us know.
