Passage from magnakai to grand master ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In the rules it says that I can keep my old scores of COMBAT SKILL and
ENDURANCE. What happens if I choose not to keep them and reroll with +25/+30?
Do I lose the bonuses and abilities of the first 12 books? Is there a place
where it is specified clearly?

Hi Luca

Sorry for taking so long to respond.

You may find the Readers' Handbook that we created useful for questions like this. For example, on the Game Rules section for the Grand Master books <http://www.projectaon.org/en/ReadersHandbook/GrandMaster> we have added the following in italic text, which is the official ruling:

"If you have already completed an adventure with your character, you should not pick his COMBAT SKILL and ENDURANCE again. You should use those scores already picked."

There is, however, also a very long thread about the Magnakai to Grand Master transition on the Project Aon Support Forum here: <http://projectaon.proboards30.com/index.cgi?board=support&action=display&thread=1134697030&page=3>. Some contributors to that thread say that replacing your existing scores with newly-picked ones is better, though it would unbalance the play if you also kept all your existing bonuses.

I hope this helps!

For Sommerlund and the Kai!
