Right, I've fixed everything that was marked [fix it] or similar. I'll try to conjure up a few
comments on the outstanding issues later or tomorrow. The book is in a surprisingly good shape,
AFAICS. I've uploaded an updated version that has everything fixed as per the Errata List to the
test area:
