Hi Rafael
Work does continue, albeit slowly. This is mainly my own fault for being a bit
of a perfectionist, but also due to the fact that I have been focusing on
contacting illustrators over the past two weeks.
One problem we're having is that because the images are two-page spreads, the
scan is obliterating quite a large section from the centre of the picture. The
owner of the book is quite understandably reluctant to remove the staples from
the book to scan the images, so things are a bit tricky. The Project Aon
edition of the LWPPB really should be the 'definitive' version of the book,
and that would mean having 100% complete versions of the images.
I'll keep the list up to date with any future developments with the Poster
Painting Book.
