[projectaon] Publication Dates

Hi all
I'm attempting to compile a list of dates for the publication of the various
different English-language editions of the Lone Wolf books. This information
forms part of the Bibliography of each book, as displayed on the pages linked
from the http://www.projectaon.org/en/Books page. If anyone can find out when
the books were published--including the early Project Aon editions, which I no
longer have E-mail references for--could they please amend the data accordingly.
I'll look at adding the information to the Grey Star and PDF books later, unless
anyone else would like to do the honours?
