There are a number of software programs in development which do exactly this.  
Have a look in the Forum software threads for further details.
 
Unfortunately, these take a lot of time to develop (character management is not 
as easy as you might think!) so the furthest ahead is on book 3 at present.
 
We do hope to create an online version in due course.
