[projectaon] Rules Handbook in Wiki?

Just a thought that has been rattling around in my head. The Rules
Handbook is quite out of date. It always seems more important to take
care of something else since our main focus is on preserving Lone Wolf
materials, not necessarily creating new. It still is important
information and a very valuable resource for old and new fans alike,
but it grows stale.
Perhaps if we translate the Rules Handbook to the wiki, making changes
will be more accessible to a greater number of our members and
therefore more likely to happen when needed. Thoughts?
