The XSL file is there already. I found that there was actually no
accent-illustration problem, but the other two TODOs I've left for
some rainy day...

I'll fix up the DTD with descriptions and examples for the new
elements. Is everyone happy with the extra placement of Illustration
XI in 01gstw? Then I can check in that too after some extra checks.
(BTW,  the missing 'A' in the caption of Illustration VII is an *ne I
guess...?)
