[projectaon] Updated correction/changes handling scripts

The versions of the corrtohtml.pl/sortcorrhtml.pl/mergecorrhtml.pl
scripts I had did not manage changes files with illustration items
in them, so I made some updates... maybe I've missed some other
updated scripts somewhere? Maybe I should create that CVS repository
for scripts and sourcecode, like I promised...
