Ryan, thanks for doing this (and so quickly!).

For future reference, it would be best to use 300dpi at least (600dpi
has worked best for me). 200dpi limits us to offering printable
versions at 150dpi, which is great, but 300dpi would be even better.


Ah, sorry. My mistake. :-\
The thought occurs to me, Jon, that you probably have more experience at cleaning up scans for use in the PA books than I do. If you have the time to work on these, the results would probably be better (and done faster!) than if I attempt it.
On the other hand, if you're too busy right now, I'll try to pull this on. I'm just really stoked that we can actually (re-)release the book unexpurgated! :-) :-)
