Seen and fixed:
Dedication: The quote marks were the wrong way around.
Kai Name: Added a <p></p> element below the table here and in the Equipment section for the Kai
Weapon. It looks good! The tables could still do with centring, though (how?)
Disciplines: (ne) Discipline(s) -> Discipline.
Disciplines: (ne) Footnote was not displaying. Fixed in Books 21-28.
Equipment: Wrong dimensions for Equipment. Fixed in Books 21-28.
Fixed Errata pages for minor nits (Books 21-28) and Table of Illustrations (Books 6-17, 21-28), and
Jan's comments about Book 5 too. All updated and uploaded to the test area. I'll start on the
numbered sections for Book 21 tomorrow!
