Yeah, I agree with Chris that the indented version is better than having the
credits centralised. Is it nit-picking to ask whether having the credits
text at a slightly smaller font-size might look a little bit better still?



OK, I'll add it to my to-do list, though right now I'm focusing on the
26tfobm illustrations.
If we're happy with the layout of the title and credits, I'm sure I can copy/paste/edit the lines into all the book wiki-pages, if that'll help.
