Excellent.

Glad you like it! ^_^

Minor update just now, nothing too major.

[WoS]
We should contact the webmaster. We can credit the website under the
special thanks category with a short explanation.

OK, I have contacted the webmaster and am awaiting his response.

I also asked him about The Ice Halls of Terror, which seems to be a Lone Wolf computer game that never was. :-\

I have downloaded software from the WoS site also. What are the legalities of us
distributing these files?

This is what I found:

Both the companies who published Lone Wolf software (Five Ways Software and Audiogenic) seem unresponsive to being asked about distributing Spectrum games online according to the links you provided, Jon. I would take this as tacit permission that distributing OLD games (and the LW ones are 15+ years) is acceptable. I think they're probably ignoring and allowing it to to continue to avoid any poorly-worded official statements that allow free distribution of older games to be twisted into applying to newer games as well, but they must be well aware of it.

As long as we get the go-ahead from WoS, I think we can get the Spectrum side of things sorted out with a couple of weeks' work. Other formats of The Mirror of Death (and related magazine articles) will be much more tricky.
