[ROHA] 2 clarifying questions for the May 9 22 Meeting re: BrightView & Litigation

Hey Isaac & Darrel,
I have two additional questions I am hoping to get cleared up at tonight’s 
meeting:


  1.  On April 25th the board was advised that the contract with Baytree ended 
almost a year ago. On April 26th the board was advised that the contract 
started on April 1st, 2020 and had no real end date. The contract itself states 
that it will automatically renew annually on the contract’s anniversary date 
until revoked by either party. Because of the acquisition of Baytree by 
BrightView, we now need a new contract. However, our Baytree contract should 
have still been valid and honored through the end of March 2022, correct? April 
would have been the first month out of contract in this case. Can you confirm?

  1.  At the April 10th meeting, it was announced that the next court date was 
April 14th. This is also reflected in the meeting minutes which are pending 
approval. However, on April 25th it was advised that there is no scheduled date 
on when the case will be reviewed. Did the meeting on April 14th not take 
place? Was this date given in error, or was the date rescheduled at the last 
minute?
