Are they replacing it with concrete or asphalt? I saw a driveway done in
asphalt and was wondering if that was within the guidelines.

Hello to All of those on the ROHA ARB,
I have received this request to replace the existing driveway and sidewalk due
to deterioration. I have responded to the homeowner to ensure that the
footprint won’t change. If the homeowner states no footprint change, then I am
more that OK with this request. Otherwise, the homeowner will have to provide a
plat the a sketch of the footprint change.
What do you say?
Regards, Dean.
