[ROHA] Electrical wires live (hot)

I was shocked to find that the wires are hot! The red light on the voltage
tester indicates presence of power. I have put electrical tape on both the
phase and neutral. Imagine if a kid had touched both terminals at the same
time; electrocution would have been 100% certain!
