I saw this fence while walking yesterday! It is ALREADY up. I was thinking
to myself, "This looks strange; just a partition between the two
properties!"

Hello All in the ROHA ARB,

This is a request for a fence between two homes. Please read the letter
attached to the ARB Request.

I understand the homeowners predicament, and based on the pictures, the
C-n-Rs for Ansley Point don't seem to be in violation.

I believe this request (for this particular section) should be approved.
Please review and let me know your thoughts.
