I looked into this several months back and found no issues with our accounting
based on federal regulation. Keep in mind federal regulation is what I read and
interpret for my “day job” as Customs Compliance Director for Flexport.
I’m curious to hear what our lawyer shares!

I have contacted the lawyer about the additional funds that we have to see if
they know of any reason this may not be acceptable.
I have not heard back from them, as of today.
However, as soon as I get an answer, I will contact everyone.
