[ROHA] Poll: How would you like our meetings be held?

I'm going to try this polling function to see if it will help with getting a
consensus on how we should meet. It will ask for your email, but as far I as
can tell, it doesn't allow anyone to see who chose what. You can chose more
than choice. You can also see how many have voted which options.
