He ones on Parkforest need a building permit from North Charleston before we 
can do anything with them. River Chase is a short dead end road off Sumter Run 
that is a debate as to ownership.

Dear Board Members,
I am thoroughly confused!
I thought that the dead trees are on Park Forest Pkwy, between the Day-care and 
Ed Nead's property. The plat sent by Adam DOES NOT show the intersection of 
Sumters Run and Park Forest Pkwy.
Funny thing is that there is no street by name River Chase Ct as shown in the 
plat! It is called Westchester Point. This is NOWHERE near the location where 
the trees are!
I keenly observed the trees (I walk along this route DAILY). Only one of them 
is dead, with its top broken off. The other tree has a large hollow in its 
trunk but is well alive.
Even the dead tree is in no danger of falling on to Park Forest.
My vote is to do nothing right now.
