[SAS-BOD] Astronomy Day

ok folks I tried our usual libraries and they are booked, but I have found us a
place at the Hillyard library May 2nd and they sound really excited about us
coming. So excited they passed me onto their program director and they will
help us with
publicity. Oh and the program director's name is Cathy Bakken. So we will have
astronomy Day there, the only draw back I see is the room is smaller, but I
think they will let us set stuff up in the library it self not just the room.
And Cathy also said she will see if the Library director will come so he can
meet us for the purpose of the telescope program. So in the end I think this
will work out.
I will get things going with the planning of astronomy Day what activities and
such and get that info to the library and they will do a flier.
