[SAS-BOD] LED Lights

In any conversation I think we should emphasize that we are not opposed to
LED lights--that we look forward to replacing the HPS (high pressure
sodium) lamps with more efficient and lower maintenance LED lights.

The focus should be on reducing overall light pollution through improved
technology.
