This would have been nice to know for the publication that Valleyfest puts out.
And lack of communication to one of the coordinators.
So in light of this info.
I guess I will be by myself.

I have is my ezup and telescope.
This is my last event as coordination for the club. I will be doing the boy
scout Stem in Nov.
I have already set up the ezup and we have two tables I made dropped off a box
with copies of everything
to hand out.

The club is looking for a few more people to help out for a couple hours
tomorrow at ValleyFest. This is one of our biggest outreach activities of the
year - we typically talk to over a thousand people.
It is easy work and an interesting event. We just set up solar scopes and man a
table. Please reply on the list if you can make it even for just a few hours.
Our booth is open 10 to 6. We need at least 2 more people to cover the event.
Note we are NOT planning on a star party at night this year at the event in
favor of better sky at Fishtrap.
