Hi Debbie.
I think we're doing okay for volunteers, at least during the day. I know
Coy Fullen will be there with his solar setup. I'll bring my 'sun funnel'
projector and tracker so we can view the sun that way too. We have at
least two other volunteers coming during the day and I'm reasonably sure
more will show - I will try to get confirmations.
I will be there in the morning (I need to setup) and evening and will bring
coffee. To summarize:
NickM: Setup (EZ up, outreach stuff), solar projector
JohnR: Setup (Stakes, general mischief)
CoyF: Solar scopes
ColinF: not sure yet, need to confirm
DanW: Afternoon and evening
We probably need more folks for the evening with telescopes. I'll try to be
there with my 8" dob.
Pizza would be most appreciated.

we will be the only thing going on in the field. They moved the movie to
the Northside of Centerplace.
We are not handing out planispheres this year. I didn't order them in
time. The free outreach stuff has not arrived yet.
I do have some outreach stuff that can be handed out.
How is our volunteers going. Will we have telescopes on display? And any
that can view the sun? during the daytime.
