I have picked up two telescopes that were donated. the family wanted to
donate all the astronomy stuff to the club. It looks like they were never
used or they were gently used. the problem is the family knows nothing
about astronomy and the equipment. I picked up two telescopes that I
thought were complete, when I got home and started matching everything I
noticed I was missing the mount for the Advanced VX 6" Schmidt-Cassegrain
Telescope I have the tripod but no way of putting the telescope on it.
So I called them back to ask them about it but they had given it to
someone else, they called them and they are getting it back, I need someone
to go get it when they call me to tell me they have it back.
both telescope could be given away for a door prize or we could sell them
and put the money toward telescope in the library program.
they are both nice scopes,
Anyway is there someone who can get the mount when they get it back?
