Nick has the board taken a look at this solar viewing event for six city
libraries. The 10 day deadline that Cathy gave me is fast approaching.

Below are the dates that Paul has setup for the county libraries I
have attached a letter from Cathy Bakkin for the 6 City libraries that
they would like to set dates for.Solar Viewing, the time frame would be
between June 24th-July 31st. Cathy has given information about each
location and what might be a better time for best traffic. I have put date
and times for each location but have not confirmed with Cathy about the
date and times. She would like two club members.
I can be there for June 24th date but the july dates I will be out
of town. So Cathy would like the dates within 10 days so I would like some
input from the board about the dates and time that I set. I have made easy
to look at the dates below but please read the Letter attached from Cathy
for expectations of the event.
