Det var en chock att Jerry är död.
Jag har vid flera tillfällen sovit över i hans herrgårdsliknande mansion i
Massachusetts,
ett hus där T.S. Eliot tillbringade sin barndoms somrar.
Så var det med det. Folk dör som flugor omkring mig.
Släkt, vänner arbetskamrater.
I Jerrys hus är väggarna fulla med originalen till
gamla pulpmagasin, bland annat originalet och förlagorna till
JVM:s första nummer 1940 med roboten Adam Link,
som inspirerade Isaac Asimov till hans robothistorier.
Asimov träffade jag f ö hos Hydra-klubben.
Tja, det var en tråkig nyhet att Jerry Weist gått bort.
