which is likely 15 or 16 years old. I love Ben and all has has done for
this team BUT I sadly want him to retire. We are gonna have a tough ass
schedule next year and it won’t get any better.
If we don’t get a QB we get a long look at Rudolph and likely get a good
pick in the 2022 draft. I don’t see us getting Stafford, Watson , Darnold
or Trubisky now either way , but I can dream about Watson in Black and
Gold. Unfortunately it’s just not the Steelers style to make a big trade.
Ben leaving gives the team a push to make changes now and also saves some
important cap money.
Ben coming back sadly does little to help the team other than maybe win a
couple more meaningless games. I can’t fault him for coming back and making
the money he is due but I just don’t see the season ending any better.
Always easy for me to say , and I would love to be proven wrong but I
don’t think I will be
