Good nugget about the Dolphins, Dave, as I think we were all holding our breath
when they were on the clock, but is what it is. And I’m glad the Steelers
didn’t trade back as getting Harris and moving along feels the best. They
wouldn’t have gotten (nor wanted?) Etienne later on, and Williams seems to
likely have been gone quickly too. In the end, and in a good way, ho hum
nothing to see here, we got our stud RB, now let’s go on to business with the
o-line rebuild.
By the way, tell me Big Ben isn’t waking up really happy right now?

All about depth, need and value, always has been, always will be. No one can
ever say that position x is better value in round y than position y in round x.
You have to see what’s there when you pick, especially if there is a run on a
certain position before you pick.
By the way, one nugget from this morning, Miami was burning the phones
yesterday trying to get back into round one ahead of the Steelers to get
Harris, which is a little strange when you consider they picked Phillips a few
picks beforehand. You have to think they’ll be in on Javontae Williams today.

With my limited draft/development knowledge, take this with a grain of salt

I think it's easier to find a better value at center in Round 3 than it is for
a tackle. I think if someone was able (and who knows, maybe someone did) to
track draft history on this, my guess would be there are better interior
lineman who were drafted R3 and beyond than tackles.
What I'm trying to say is I hope they go OT in R2 and Center in R3. My opinion
is that will give them the best shot to land good players at each position.
