[vicsireland] Configuring XP for aBIP

Hi All,
What I know of this is that there is a way of say configuring XP and Jaws to
work to the max for a screen reader user and indeed for magnification use
too.
I have XP Pro with at present Jaws 8 and shortly 10 and would like to know
how to configure my system for better efficiency for my OS and screen
reader?
Also if someone could point me as to where I could get further assist with
that if such was necessary?
