Subject: Consultation with the NTA on design of new buses on 17 July 2018
Importance: High
Dear Colleague,
The National Transport Authority (NTA) are in the process of making various
changes to the bus system in Dublin. One part of those changes is that they are
proposing a change to the livery of the buses, to allow for the fact that
there will be more than one operator providing these services. By livery the
National Transport Authority means the painted exterior/outside of the bus.
They have asked the NDA to facilitate a consultation in relation to the change
in the design of the painted exterior of bus and some changes to the inside
of the buses.
The National Transport Authority would like you to get your feedback on the
design of these buses and any other issues in relation to these buses that
needs to be discussed.
The consultation will take place in the Pavilion Room in the National
Disability Authority on Tuesday 17 July from 2pm – 4pm. A light lunch with
tea and coffee will be served from 1.30pm – 2pm. As part of this consultation
event two of these buses will be parked outside the NDA so that people can
get on the buses and examine them in detail.
If you are interested in coming to this event can you please email me at
nafawl@xxxxxx <mailto:nafawl@xxxxxx> by Friday 13 July 2018. If you have
any dietary requirements or require reasonable accommodations please let me
know.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Niamh Fawl
