I looked at Survey Monkey about a year ago to create a survey.
My impression was that it is not accessible to a screen reader for the
purposes of creating a survey.
I did a bit of Googling and sending mails but did not find a way to do it.
However, I did not persist in investigating for a long period of time
so perhaps there is a way of coaxing it into accessibility.
I was considering getting sighted assistance to set up a template, but
the project moved on and the need for the survey went away.
If you do find a way, could you post it to this list?
