Here is a website to search and view Youtube videos in a more accessible
way.

The site "YourTube" provides almost all of the features available via public
YouTube. You can search for videos, watch (most) videos, view user comments,
see related videos and brows video channels and user profiles.

 

Searching for videos is simple.  The video watch page consists of a series
of video controls to play/pause, restart and skip through a video as well as
provide information on the playing state: buffering, Playing, Pause or
ended.

 

Also available from the site is a simple and accessible way to access
Google's Calendar service.
