Hi, One of the big problems with JAWS or any complicated piece of software is knowing where to start and how to continually increase knowledge. The hadley school for the Blind lists free training resources within JAWS itself, from Freedom Scietific and on the school website. I don't know how up to date the information is, but a lot of it would be very relevant.
