[vicsireland] Host application not working.

Hi everyone.
Can anyone tell me what the following message means that comes up when I
start up my computer?
"Catalyst application has stopped working. Host application has stopped
working. windows is searching for a solution. Windows will close the
programme." Or words to that effect. When the programme closes, my computer
seems to work as normal. Is this something I should be concerned with?
