Perhaps you should give the VIPNews list a try with this to widen your
audience.
It's not a VICS-only issue. You might well find none-VICS members who
use internet banking and are ready to share their experience.

I am a bit disappointed that I did not get any response to my query on
Internet banking. However, I have today learned, and am duly passing on
the information received, that from the 7th November, code cards are
being issued for 'phone link as well as Internet Banking - extra
security. So for those of you whom use 'phone link, you had better get
on to your Bank or the 24 hour banking service and seek Braille
versions of code card.
