Hi Damien,
There are several applications available for streaming live TV but I
personally haven't used any of them so wouldn't be able to tell you about
their accessibility. You can find them at:
http://en.softonic.com/s/live-tv-channels-software-free-download
The only other way would be to use a web based facility such as:
www.Filmon.com (This is the web version of the mobile app) or try
www.televisionfanatic.com/ wwitv.com/
Again I haven't used the last two so can't tell you any more about them.
