Wow Francis that was fast response indeed, perhaps it helped too that I upgraded my 3 mobile broadband just earlier!

Ah, it's a Channel 4 prog wanting to Watch Back I was after but perhaps as we are outside of the UK probably won't get the prog any but anyway that tip from you will assist for future endeavours.

http://java.com/en/

You might want to check your internet options in your browser to see
if Java is enabled.  Normally Java comes with whatever browser you are
using. you might just need the latest version
