[vicsireland] Jaws pronunciation!

Hi All
This is probably a two-pronged question and possibly an awkward one!
I am wondering that when with Outlook that you have the dictionary facility
and when it gives you the options of language, and should I select
English-Ireland, what level of Irish names will it bring up?
Now the second part of the question is, How do I tweak Jaws to pronounce
words that are not in it's ' Vocabulary if you get my drift?
