Hi,

I was using version 5 and am now using version 6.5.4. The improvement is
excellent. I havn't got my hands on Version 7 yet but am expecting big
improvements.

If you want to reply to everyone in the TO and CC list, hit alt and the number
2 when in an email then down arrow to choose who you want to reply to and if
you want the original email included in your reply.

I don't understand your problem setting an out of office message. I found this
to be simple even in version 5, not to mention the later one. Give me a shout
if I can help you with this or anything else.

Darragh's tips are very good. When in Lotus Notes, hit Insert and F1 twice to
get the list of help tips developed by Freedom Scietific.

Having said all this, I stil think Lotus Notes stinks.

Take care,

Gerry Ellis

How will you know when you get there?

  Subject: [vicsireland] Lotus notes 7

Hi folks, recently I told you about having lotus notes. Well, I requested an
upgrade because of accessibility issues between it and jaws and to my delight
they were roling out notes 7 in the department anyway so they have given it to
me and are interested in how I find it.

A friend did give me some tips earlier but I am just wanting as much info
from any lotus users as possible. Should it be set any sort of way to work as
best it can with jaws? When I open it up it goes straight into my inbox. How
do I successfully get into my workspace? Is the calendar more accessible in
version 7? Is it possible for me to do things like out of office and putting
in an appropriate signature myself? And finally, if I want to reply to an
email, how do I make sure that when I am replying the people in the previous
mail are all included and not just one of them?

  Any help much appreciated.

  Regards, Nicky.
