Hi Sharon!
I'm using EMule. Depending on the search mode you choose, you can either
work with the JAWS cursor and it works very well, or you'll get HTML
sites, which also work fine, but to my opinion a bit slower.
I like it because you'll find whole albums, Movies, Plays and even
talking books.
I've also found it a good treasure chest for rare titles.
I have so far not had any virus problem, but Paul is right of course,
extreme caution is the prime directive.

Yes, this is very true. I have set up anti-virus and anti-spyware
software
on this person's PC, but I will warn her of the dangers.
Any downloadable music websites, free or not, that people would
recommend??

Be careful of free music sites. For years they have been a breeding
ground
for viruses and spyware and have caused so much trouble on computers
because
people were downloading them. This would be especially true of anywhere
you
get so called free music downloads. There is no such thing as a free
lunch
as they say.
