  Happy New Year.   My mother died in 2000 and it certainly is a miserable 
experience.   In a strange kind of way you suddenly get a lot older, or that's 
the way I felt.   There is no one between you and the end and you have become 
the older generation.

    Wishing everyone all the best for 2007.  Christmas this year, was a sad one 
for me as my Mum died on November 15th R.I.P.  I also missed the Galway open 
day as that was the weekend of her funeral.
    By the sounds of things it will be another busy year for Vics so the best 
of luck to all.
