Hi Tony, You could just hit the up arrow once the message is open. This acts to stop Jaws talking and brings you to the top of the message. Alternatively, you could hit the control key which stops Jaws speaking. Now whether I have the setting to plain text or not when I open the email with enter there is an announcement telling me who it's from and the subject line! I already would have that information in the message list! Is there a way to not have that announcement spoken when I have opened a message or is there any other way around that annoyance?
