[vicsireland] O E putting e mails in deleted folder

something weird is happening in my outlook express only as of today.
i have a vics folder where incoming mail automatically goes.
but today i went to send a message to the list and though outlook said it was
sent it went into my deleted items folder.
so i sent a copy of the message to myself and again it went to the deleted
items folder.
i have gotten rid of all my message rules in case there is a conflict somewhere
but since i haven't made any for a few months i don't know why a conflict in
message rules should only happen now ,if that's the case.
this message is being sent by using alt if and n or the usual new message route.
could anyone who receives it refer to the alt f n message.
i am going to try sending one using the reply to sender route to see if that
gets through.
any help appreciated
