Hi Mark.

This looks like something many of us have been looking for.  It seems to
press all the right buttons if you'll forgive the pun.But, it appears to be
only available to government agencies and voluntary bodies (hopefully not
confined to the UK), not as yet commercially to individuals.  Hopefully,
this will change in the near future.
